We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However due to the lighting used in the shoot and your device display, slight color variations are expected. We do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.

The Towel Company reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as, but not limited to, the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website.

Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.

We use TCS and MNP as our primary couriers to deliver orders within Pakistan.

Once your order is dispatched, it takes 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment.

The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.

For hygiene reasons, used or washed towels cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect. Personalized or customized items are non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipment by The Towel Company. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for exchanges to ensure safe and timely delivery.
