Exchange Only Policy: At The Towel Company, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate this, we offer an exchange-only policy to address any concerns you may have with our products.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges for unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from The Towel Company within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +92 326 8150444 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or help you find a suitable alternative.
Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, used or washed towels cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect. Personalized or customized items are non-exchangeable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipment by The Towel Company. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for exchanges to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Refunds: Our policy strictly offers exchanges and does not include refunds unless there is a confirmed defect that cannot be replaced.
