We use TCS and MNP as our primary couriers to deliver orders within Pakistan.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once your order is dispatched, it takes 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from The Towel Company within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@thetowelcompany.co or +92 326 8150444. to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or help you find a suitable alternative.
